Makes 4

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Organic Plain Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Organic Cane Sugar
  • 1 large ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Cook pancakes in a greased frying pan over medium heat, flipping when bubbles have appeared over the whole pancake or until golden brown. Alternatively, you can cook in a sandwich press which is much faster!
  3. Serve with your favourite toppings. Enjoy!
